The Honda BF115 Drive by Wire Outboard Motor is a big performer. Thanks to its Boosted Low Speed Torque (BLAST®), 3-Way Cooling System and having the largest displacement in its class, it has outstanding performance. Plus, its high output alternator gives you an exceptional level of amps and the NMEA 2000 protocol allows engine data to be connected with onboard systems. The convenient and easy-to-use technology found in the Honda BF115 iST®helps to deliver a noticeably smooth and controlled boating experience. Harnessing Drive By Wire (DBW) technology, a system that relies on electronic controls for shifting and throttle (whereas a mechanical system relies on cables for shift and throttle), the Honda BF115 iST®moves past the stiffness of traditional mechanical motors. The BF115 iST®does not come with a propeller. Please consult with your Honda Dealer for propeller application assistance.
